GENERAL POLICIES

All conference attendees, including presenters, chairs, commentators, workshop facilitators, speakers AND ADVERTISERS MUST be registered in order to attend.
To qualify for the WADIAP member rate, your membership must be current at the time of registration through the end of the conference (27 October 2020).
To qualify for the WADIAP student member rate, you must be a full-time student who is not employed full-time. Student members who don’t meet these criteria should register at the regular ILA member rate. You will be promoted during registration to attach a picture of your student ID card or proof of student status to your registration form.
Registration fees DO NOT include WADIAP Membership. If you wish to register at the member pricing, please join ILA prior to logging in to the online registration form.


CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICIES

Registration payment is required within 30 days of registering. Unpaid registrations more than 30 days old are subject to deletion.
CANCELLATIONS – must be emailed by 24 September 2020
If emailed to conferences@ila-net.org by 24 September 2020:
Conference registration cancellations are refundable, less a $75.00 fee. Pre/post-conference and special event ticket cancellations are refundable, less a $30.00 fee. No refunds can be issued after 24 September 2019.


REGISTRATION PROCESS

On the Registration landing page fill in the required information.
If a registered member search for your registration to verify you are in good standing with the association
Select the registration option based on the table of categories and fees below.
Click on the Add button to enter all the required field (Please make sure you enter the correct details as this will be used to produce your conference certificate and CME materials) On successful filling of the form, click on Add Record, then close the dialog box. The expected fee to be paid will be displayed below
Look at the instructions in red by the right for the payment before proceeding, Click on the Next button to make payment.
You can make payment via the options below in the order of preference
Interswitch (Verve & Master Card): Redirects you to Interswitch payment gateway, select your card type and enter your card details, on successful payment it directs you back to the registration site with a page to print your receipt with instant Email and SMS sent to the email and phone number you used in registering.
You are STRONGLY ADVISED to use the online payment option above for instant notification and confirmation of payment
